We love all of our guests at SisCo Salon & Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home like we do. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellations

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee of 50% of your service charge.  If you do not show or do not call 100% of the service will be charged.

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Appointments Preferred

SisCo Salon and Spa cannot guarantee availability to guests without reservations.  To schedule an appointment, please book online or give us a call at 810-867-4290.

Children

We love children - some of us even have a few of our own!  Children are welcome to enjoy services at SisCo Salon & Spa.  Children without an appointment are to be accompanied by an adult who is not getting a service rendered.  This is for the safety of everyone, we utilize hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects.  We also maintain a relaxing, quiet atmosphere that serves as a retreat from the hectic lives of our clients so please arrange childcare prior to booking.

Returns & Exchanges

Guest safety and product integrity are important to us, therefore product or item exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis.  Only sealed, unopened, unused products and items will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt for an exchange dated within 7 days of purchase.

If you would like to test a product prior to committing to a purchase, please ask and we'll be happy to demonstrate its use and answer any questions you have.

Regarding services, all sales are final.  Our thorough consultation procedures are scheduled to allow you plenty of time to communicate your desires and expectations to our professionals to ensure a favorable service outcome.  Should your outcome not match your expectations, please contact the owner, Kacie Fournier at 810-867-4290.

Right to Refuse Service

For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, SisCo Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary.  More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience at our salon and leave happy with the work we do.  Please trust the judgment of our trained professionals.

Duty to Inform

Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us at SisCo Salon & Spa.  We trust the information you provide on your client intake form and consultations.  Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations.  SisCo Salon & Spa and its professionals will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.

Pricing

Some service prices are a baseline and subject to change based on steps necessary to achieve desired results.  A free consultation is always welcomes to discuss expectations and options with our professionals.
